We primarily work by appointment to ensure every client gets our full attention. However, walk-ins are welcome for small, simple pieces when there's availability. Calling ahead is always the best approach.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies based on the size and complexity of the piece. It goes toward the final cost of your tattoo. Walkouts or no-shows forfeit the deposit.

You must be at least 18 years old to get a tattoo in North Carolina. Minors aged 16–17 may be tattooed with a parent or legal guardian present, along with valid photo ID for both parties. Piercing age requirements may vary.

Get a good night's sleep, eat a full meal before coming in, stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol the night before. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed. Don't moisturize the area on the day of your appointment.

We'll provide detailed aftercare instructions and products. In general: keep the bandage on for a few hours, wash gently with fragrance-free soap, apply a thin layer of recommended ointment, avoid soaking or direct sun, and don't pick at scabs. Full healing takes 2–4 weeks.
